1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • The request is raised within 5 days of delivery

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All tags and original packaging must be intact

2. Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Used or washed products
  • Products without original packaging or tags
  • Items purchased during sale or clearance
  • Minor color variations due to handloom weaving or screen display differences

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us with your order ID and issue details
  2. Provide images (if the product is damaged or incorrect)
  3. Our team will review and confirm eligibility

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed only after inspection and approval of the returned product
  • Once approved, refunds are initiated within 5–7 business days
  • The time taken for the refund to reflect may vary depending on your payment provider

Refund Method:

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunded to the original payment method
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunded via bank transfer or UPI

5. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed only in case of size issues or defective products
  • Subject to availability of stock

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order
  • Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled

7. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable
